Afternoon tea @ Trump Natioal Golf Club Los Angeles

I love Afternoon Tea ( High Tea ). I visited many tea salons when I lived in Japan. I also did it in London too.

It was my first Afternoon Tea in USA, so I am not sure if I can say this is the best place to go.
The environment is great. You can escape from a normal life for sure. Food taste is also good. I loved all sandwiches and scorns. Cakes were too sweet, but maybe just me. I like less sugary sweets generally.

Only negative comment about my experience was a tea bag. I asked to add hot water, but it was a huge mistake. The tea bag was already dead. I could not have a good second cup of tea. I hope that this place serves leaf tea or gave me a brand new tea pot when I asked more tea.

Sushi Hirose Torrance

Hirose is my favorite Shushi Restaurant which my friend introduced to me.
It's food Presentation is beautiful and serves a good balance vinegar rice. Enough moist and has a good hardness.

A real Japanese Shushi chef cooks. If you expect Teriyaki dishes and Americanized rolls sushi, this is not your place to eat. I love Chirashi Sushi and lunch special menu is also good deal.
Considering about food quality, price is not high. It closes 2pm once after it's lunch hour. Hirose sells Bento Box for take out during a lunch hour as well. It is not Sushi but you can enjoy a mother made-ish Japanese food.
